Fleeting Dreams Studio ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you play our games or visit this website. It applies to all our products, including Petal Grove and any future titles.

We have designed our games to collect as little personal data as possible. Specifically:
- Game progress and preferences — your levels completed, star ratings, collected flowers, sound preferences, and similar in-game settings. This data is stored locally on your device (using local storage or the platform's equivalent) and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not currently operate any account or save-sync servers.
- Advertising identifiers — when you watch a rewarded video advertisement, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access an advertising identifier on your device (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's identifier for advertisers) in order to serve ads and prevent fraud. You can reset or limit this identifier through your device settings at any time.
- Diagnostic information — the platform you use to play (e.g., WeChat, Google Play, App Store) may collect crash logs and device performance metrics on our behalf to help us fix bugs. We receive this information in aggregated form only.
- Website visit data — when you visit this website, our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not place tracking cookies on this site.
2. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- Save your progress and preferences within the game on your device.
- Serve rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob, when you choose to watch them.
- Diagnose crashes, improve game performance, and fix bugs.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles outside of our games.
3. Third-party services
Our games and website use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

- Distribution platforms — WeChat Mini Game, TapTap, Google Play, Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery each operate under their own privacy terms when you download or open our games.
4. Children
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
5. Data retention
Because we store game progress on your device and not on our servers, you may delete it at any time by clearing the game's local storage or uninstalling the game. Aggregated diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to identify and fix issues.

- European Economic Area, United Kingdom (GDPR) — you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold almost no personal data on our servers, most of these rights can be exercised directly by managing the game on your device.
- California, United States (CCPA / CPRA) — you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our games are available worldwide. By using our games, you understand that any data we process may be handled in the country where we operate (the People's Republic of China). Where local law requires it, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border data handling.
